My niece, Maddie, was walking around naked looking for her ‘thwim thoup’.  She wanted to go outside and play in the water so badly.  She stood there buck naked and said, “I’n a BIG girl.  I don’t need a pathifier, (she forgets she does when it is dark), and I don’t need a diaper, (with her arms out wide), ALL I NEED Ith ME!!” 

            What a feeling of power when all you need is....YOU.  No coffee to wind you up in the morning, nor pill to wind you down at night.  I hope the following pages will help you recognize your inner strengths.
