What's For Supper?

My cousin, Sally, created a monthly menu calendar that is flexible, doable, and good!  Included with the menu are many of her recipes.  She created this menu and coordinating recipes as a Christmas gift one year for some of her children who wanted help getting an affordable, good meal on their table each evening.  Sally has graciously shared her menu with us.

This menu is easily adaptable to your family or conveniently organized just as it is and makes meal planning less stressful and fun.  Sally is a mother of nine, and wife to a busy, traveling husband so she understands a demanding schedule.

The week is broken down into theme meals.  Sunday is filled with church responsibilities and is a “day of rest.”  Sally has chosen meals that are easy to fix yet warm, filling, and nutritious.  Monday evening is family time; nice dinners celebrate the family’s time together.  Tuesday is Spanish/Mexican food night, Wednesday Pasta/Rice night, Thursday is soup day, followed by Friday Fun Stuff and Saturday Sandwiches.  There are also entrée recipes available.  (*Recipes included)  Simply highlight the menu table below, right click, copy, and paste onto your favorite word processing program.
