Crust:
1 cup flour 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking soda 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
Topping:
4-6 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups M & M’s
½ cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet with “Pam.” In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Beat at low speed until coarse crumbs form. Press onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with desired amount of Marshmallows. Return to oven. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until puffy.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with M & M’s. Drizzle with warm hot fudge topping. Cool 1 hour. Cut into bars.
