2 large (7 oz) chocolate bars

2 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter

1 cup coconut

1 package of chow mien noodles

 

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in the top of double boiler.  Stir the peanut butter into the chocolate and add 1 cup of coconut.  Mix well.  Gently add the chow mien noodles being careful not to break the sticks.  Drop onto waxed paper.  Let set.

 

Creepy Spider Cookies

Mix 12 oz milk chocolate chips, melted, with a half bag of miniature marshmallows.  Place by spoonfuls on waxed paper.  Decorate with 8 licorice “legs”.  Let dry.

Variations:  Add raisins, nuts, or m&m’s, to chocolate.  Use potato sticks or pretzel sticks for legs.
