Salted Nut Squares
3 cups peanuts (skinless)
3 Tbsp margarine
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
Place ½ peanuts in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. In a saucepan, melt margarine and peanut butter chips over low heat. Add milk and marshmallows; cook and stir until melted (be careful not to scorch mixture). Pour over peanuts. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top and press down into mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
